GWR Bristol Kids Charity Quiz Night

Hewitson Walker held their annual quiz night, in aid of GWR Bristol Kids, in Channings Hotel in Clifton, Bristol. With over 100 people in attendance the competition was going to be tough. With drinks in hand, people soon settled into the first round, despite a few technical problems with the microphone. Damion took centre stage as compare for the night and managed to make a real success of the evening, with the aid of a beer or two! As the bar tab increased so did the banter and spirits were high. 

The winning team was Pank's Puppets, closely followed by The Oilers and in third place were The Misfits. The evening was a great success and we are delighted to confirm that we raised a total of £560 between the entry fee, raffle and auction. We could not have done this without the kind donations to the raffle and auction and we hope that those of you who won, thoroughly enjoyed your prizes.

Lets hope next year is as much fun and we can raise yet even more money for such a deserving and local charity.
