Leesa Mortemore – Managing Consultant - Ten years Financial recruitment experience which includes three years of managing the Professional Practice Division for a large PLC recruitment business. Career to date also includes commerce and industry for interim, temporary and permanent recruitment solutions. Currently specialising in commerce and industry permanent recruitment at all levels across the market including search and contingency. Responsible for the provision of a complete recruitment solution for both candidates and clients.
Damion Barrington-Chappell - Senior Consultant - Twelve years Financial recruitment experience including four years specialising purely in Professional Practice in both London and Bristol. A proven track record in recruiting for the senior qualified finance market. Specialises in the provision of a complete recruitment solution including the formulation of job descriptions and briefs, retained advertising, search and contingency recruitment.
Rachel Fleming – Managing Consultant – With ten years in Financial and Accountancy recruitment nationwide, Rachel initially specialised in qualified permanent recruitment for a number of years. She now concentrates on temporary and interim markets within Commerce and Industry. Recent experience has included two start-up projects within the South West for both listed and privately owned concerns.
Resourcing Team - Rachel Cook and Jo Poole are dedicated Candidate Resourcers for the Hewitson Walker Bristol team. Working alongside the consultants, they are responsible for registering new applicants and proactively sourcing new talent for our clients. They operate as the point of contact for candidates keeping them informed of new opportunities and changes in the market.
Jo Bolley – Senior Administrator – Jo has over nine years of recruitment experience, five of which have been within accountancy recruitment. Jo provides support to the team in Bristol in all aspects of administration and office management. Jo also has experience as a Candidate Resourcer and is the office event organiser recently co-ordinating a very successful quiz night.
