HR Generalist Advisor

An international and leading business consultancy firm is looking for two HR Generalist Advisors to work in the HR team, either in London, Surrey or their office in North London, accessible from Hertfordshire and surrounds.
There are two positions available, one for a CIPD qualified advisor with minimum 5 years experience paying between 40K and 43K and a role for a CIPD part qualified advisor with minimum 2-3 years experience paying 30-33K. Both roles are in generalist HR and will be dealing with cases varying from grievances, redundancies, TUPE contracts, disciplinaries, sickness, rewards, benefits etc, as well as any experience in change management would be highly beneficial.
This role would be suited to someone who has worked in a corporate environment in the private sector, and have experience of a high case load, be able to communicate well with consultants and line managers across the business, be able to deal with challenging problems, be assertive and be able to travel within the UK if need be.
Please note these roles are due to start at the end of February or beginning of March and company policy does require a CRB on all new staff. These roles are for a maternity cover and could be 12 months in length.
