A leading client operating in the social care sector is currently looking to recruit a Head of Finance for a temporary - permanent role based in North London.
Reporting to the Director of Finance and overseeing a team of four the role will include but by no means be limited to:
- Management of a team of four staff
- Preparation of monthly management accounts including commentary
- Liaising with the Finance Director in regards to board commentary
- Preparing the budgets across the national regions
- Attending budget meetings
- Preparation of balance sheet and income and expenditure analysis
- Preparation of statutory accounts
The organisation is ideally looking for an all round Finance Manager who has worked in small to medium size business and has ideally had exposure to the social care sector, although this is not essential as they will also look at other public sector experience. The role will initially be temporary but if successful after the temporary period you will be considered for the permanent role.
