An established provider of further education and ranked within the elite of it's field, our client is looking to recruit a Credit Controller for a temporary role.
Reporting to the Credit Manager the role will include but by all means not be limited to:
- Credit Control: chasing debt via telephone, e-mail and letter
- Responsible for a portfolio of clients such as students, Grant awarding bodies and Local Authorities
- Negotiating payments with students and clients
- Dealing with queries in regards to payments and outstanding fees
- Negotiating payments in a sensitive manner
To be suitable for this role it is essential that you have extensive credit control experience and have a proven track record in relationship management.
