We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst to join a medium size investment bank located in the City area of London. The role is an excellent opportunity for a qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA individual with bank management and financial accounts reporting experience to work within the group reporting team.
The role focuses on two main areas which are Current Reporting and Future Reporting. Within the Current Reporting function you will be involved in preparing the quarterly group management reporting template for submission, monitoring deadlines for receipt of the management reporting templates, prepare the group reporting for inclusion in the group papers along with analysis and recommend and implement improvements to the management reporting process.
With regards to the Future Reporting function you will be involved in system comparison, evaluation and selection, system specification / design, ensuring a controlled migration to the new system.
For this role you will as previously mentioned be either ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with experience within Investment Banking within a similar role. An advanced knowledge of Excel is required (Pivot tables and V-Lookups).
