My client is seeking an experienced Dealership Accountant for their flagship, Oxfordshire based site.
Reporting to the General Manager you will form part of the Dealership management team and assume full responsibility for all accounting for the site. Responsibilities will include all Management accounting, staff management, development of financial controls and delivery of other supportive services to the commercial teams.
Essentially you will experience of working in a dealership environment and be looking for an exciting challenge. Ideally you will be working towards a professional qualification (ACCA or CIMA) and have experience of driving efficiencies through a strong commercial awareness. The need to demonstrate strong negotiation and influencing skills will be key.
Whilst this role is based at site level, the site also houses the group finance function therefore the opportunities for development and progression are strong. In addition to a competitive salary the role will provide a good car allowance/car and a number of other significant benefits including bonus.
