A unique opportunity to join and lead the development of Finance for the business in a way that provides the tools to measure & challenge success strategies in the short, medium and long-term and be responsible for driving through a more astute financially driven operating model
You will be accountable all areas of finance and requires an enthusiastic and experienced professional, who will provide both challenge and support to the leadership team. You will excel in team working and have an infectious enthusiasm for solving customer needs by the application of your personal skills
You will have a proven track record in delivering financial and commercial solutions to an operational business unit, probably within a Defence, Systems Engineering or Consultancy organisation.
Experience of working within a management team charged with the delivery of a P & L or sales & margin account.
Ideally you will be professionally qualified, and must be able to demonstrate at least 5 years relevant experience post qualification
