Jon was asked to assist in locating a new Finance Director and took time and cares to understand the company culture, the role that we were recruiting for and the type of person we wanted to fit in with the senior team. Once he had that understanding he moved quickly to deliver a sensible number of candidates with relevant experience and personal qualities.
